Room 101 was the room o got and it had some huge roaches I told the front desk and he said they would refund me because there were no more rooms This was on Halloween I slept in my car that night and here we are on thanksgiving and I still have not received my refund

The screeching sound of the elevator that seemed on the brink of failure ... a female mgr walked into my room while me and my partner were naked no knock made no announcement given .... I had attempted to extend my stay and pay for my room night prior but there had been lack of communication but not even an apology given just barking of an order to go downstairs to pay

I had to be moved to a different room because my original room had fleas on the covers and I was bit several times in a few hours while I took a nap.

NO breakfast or place to eat. The room was fine and the people were nice. It was quiet and parking was safe. It was walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Easy access to the freeway. All in all it more than fine.

They over booked our room and had to wait till the next day to get the room we reserved.

Serviceable. Good sized rooms . Super convenient location with both Target and Walmart walk to. cleaning not OK. My room had a dried up cockroach behind the door, clothes left in the dresser drawer, brown blob of unknown origin behind br door. You get the point. I got out my cleaning supplies. The outside was not maintained at all. Overflowing garbage bins, dog poop all over, landscaping hasn't been done in years.
