"They didn’t have the room for us. I didn’t stay the night there"

You guys charged me and the hotel was sold out. They said you charged another person for the same room. I had to pay another $170 for another hotel. Plus your customer service line needs real agents

"It was reasonable"

location, some of the staff are very friendly and helpful, bed and sheets were clean, close to shopping area and Costco/Walmart

Carpets were stained, not all utensils requested were provided though Joseph did his best to accommodate. electrical outlets in the bathroom did not work

"Loved the location, place seemed to be very used."

Location was almost perfect. Loved that there was a kitchen, room was a good size. The people I dealt with were nice.

Bed was slumped and uncomfortable. We had a kitchen, couldn't get cookware or dishes. Carpet was awful and they were out of soaps shampoo and conditioner which you can't fly with.
