The place is run down and you hear freeway noise all night. ugh

Very pleasant at front desk.

Water backed up in bathtub, no stopper in bathroom sink, two out of four lightbulbs were out in bathroom fixture, window blinds didn’t work. If simple things like this are ignored, who is maintaining the important things like fire alarms and sprinkler systems?

We paid almost double the money we paid at other hotels on our trip and had to be changed to 3 different rooms because of roaches. The final room had dead bugs. We slept with all the lights on sitting up. If it hadnt been midnight and there was males with us, we would have left. Never ever again will I book thru expedia. I was told the hotel couldnt refund our money but expedia could. A few hours on the phone and 7 different numbers and still cant contact expedia

The staff were friendly and very helpful. I had a couple issues with the room and a staff member came right up to address them. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was good with a nice variety - ladies working it were cheerful and helpful. Aside from the noise coming from I 75 it was a quiet and restful stay.
