Elba Vecindario Aeropuerto Business & Convention Hotel

Convenient location, but poor service and disappointing amenities The hotel is close to the airport, but the check-in process was very slow, taking almost an hour. The staff struggled with English and unfortunately came across as unwelcoming to non-Spanish speakers. While the rooms were decent, the beds were quite hard (which seems common for many Spanish hotels). A major disappointment was the pool area; despite it being late May, the pool was unheated and freezing cold. To make matters worse, there was a noticeable sewer smell around the pool area.

The room was quite dark and lacked proper ventilation, as the window faced the hallway instead of providing direct fresh air from outside. Breakfast was rather limited and not very diverse. The only egg options available were boiled eggs and scrambled eggs — no fried eggs or omelettes. Overall, the food quality could have been better. Unfortunately, the experience did not fully meet my expectations.

I liked the friendly staff.

No parking, only paid. Lack of bedding, cleanliness, and the price was very high compared to what we got for it. Also very bad breakfast.
