Friendly helpful staff, good cleanliness. Need to advise that parking access is available via the ground floor from the SOL complex parking.

No one would show you how to use the key , you have to head back and ask , no bottle of water in the room, the ligtening of the room was soooo bad, no fridge in the room to put your foods & drinks in

If you want to sleep this is not the hotel for you! Basically built IN a nightclub with music thumping until 5am, ear plus provided but offered little use as the music was SO loud. Room was basic but needed some TLC; flooring in bathroom peeling and generally grim, carpet had what looked like burn holes in it and some questionable stains. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone unless you plan on being in the nightclub until 5am then it’s perfect for you!

Enjoyable stay, facilities were good

Staff were great and friendly. I travelled on my own and was made to feel welcome. The hotel was a bit shabby carpet need a good clean and shower need retiling but all and all a good experience

Overnight on a friday town was busy so noisy outside the hotel
