"Due to the current situation they are doing the best they can. Happy they did not cancel on me"

I am sympathetic due to the current situation where 3 of the 5 hotels I booked for our stay (end April / early May) cancelled on me (to their credit, Prima Gaili did not cancel). Due to low occupancy services were at a minimum but the room was comfortable and we were given vouchers for breakfast at Greg's which was absolutely delicious. What was also good was the hotel was on the bus routes so easy to get around.

Given the low occupancy there was limited English although we managed to overcome the challenge for example the hairdryer was not working but we were given a replacement at reception when we asked.

שרות מעולה, יחס מסביר פנים, מלון נקי. בריכה נחמדה. יש תמורה למחיר.

אין חניה. מיקום באזור רחוק מהכל בטבריה. לא הייתה גם בריכה עם מים רדודים לתינוקות. הבריכה מסודרת בצורה מסוכנת שאפשר לעוף לתוך הבריכה רק כי אתה רוצה לעבור מהמקום שלך ליציאה.

היה סביר, הצוות נחמד, החדר היה נקי. אבל לא משהו מעבר. ארוחת בוקר לא יהו חביתות רק ביצים קשות או שקשוקה, ולא היה קפה בשבת בחדר אוכל, זה ממש מאכזב.
