Friendly staff
Great staff, very clean, excellent breakfast. Surrounding area is industrial. Only problem was a worn out king bed. Caved in the center, made do for one night stay.
Breakfast was not great compared to other Hampton inns. But our room had an awful smell that wouldnât go away. Mixture of mold and cigarette smoke smell. Rooms are not very sound proof as could hear non stop stomping above us, kids next door etc. this Hampton inn was more expensive then our normals and def not worth it
Staff was amazing! We stayed for a week for girls softball. Staff was engaging with the girls, cheered them on and made their stay enjoyable.
It was a challenge to get the room cleaned, shampoo refilled. Found large bug in bathroom. Room smelled like smoke despite non-smoking facility. Staff were friendly, but just overall not impressed.
The property was ok. They got hit by lightning the day before so the room keys were not working and it was a bit of a pain having to wait for someone to walk us to our room every time we stepped out. The elevators were also not working and carrying stuff up to the 3rd floor was a rough.
Toilets did not work very well...
It was clean , but the breakfast food items were not fully stocked . And shower gel / body wash / shampoo was empty .
Staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.
No calls nor emails were made to state the nature of the hotel! They had no room keys available âdue to being struck by lightning â, so we had to wait for housekeeping to let us in! The elevators didnât work, WiFi was down and the tvs didnât work! Our room wasnât cleaned until we arrived and had to wait 30mins after 4 to even be able to access the room! Just a total disaster
