This was probably the cleanest hotel room I have ever stayed in!

A bit of street noise at night.

Spent 8 nights here in early November, visiting our son who goes to USCB. This is a really modern feeling hotel. Everything in the hotel was clean, especially the rooms. Bed was really comfortable ( the most important thing ) and the bathroom had great water pressure. All of the staff we interacted with were great. Breakfast was American hotel breakfast and did the job - bonus points for having English muffins, the only hotel of the 5 we stayed in on our trip which did. Plenty of eating and shopping nearby and a quick trip to Hilton Head Island and the Tanger Outlets.

So many concerns about our visit. I tried over 3 times to reach the G.M. Kyle with NO luck. Upon checking out on 11/24/25, I was told he didn't come in "til around 10AM" I followed up with three phone calls and never received a return call. While at the hotel there were several problems which were reported; however, not addressed. For example, while the breakfast was good, there was no restroom and I was instructed to go upstairs to my room. I pointed out that this condition existed at check-in and was told "It has been this way awhile". Of further note, there was no water in the fitness room. Our room had dirty baseboards and I have photos if management is interested in viewing them. Given my multiple attempts to have my concerns heard and resolved, I am very disappointed. I have been a loyal H.I. traveler for years and have never experienced anything like this! In the past, General Managers have been very responsive to any (minor) concerns & these are egregious ones. Holiday Inn needs to make this right or I plan to stay somewhere else (e.g. Marriott) in the future.

Everything! They had a Hot Chocolate Bar and Popcorn and cookies in the lobby. The breakfast was great and the bed super comfy!
