"Exceptional"

Sehr schönes Hotel in Top-Lage. Gutes Frühstück. Klimaanlage. Reservierte Parkplätze im Parkhaus gegenüber. Trotz der negativen Punkte unten würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen.

Im Zimmer war es etwas laut.(Straßenlärm) Ein zusätzliches Kissen wäre schön gewesen. (Hab allerdings nicht danach gefragt.) Parkplatz kostet 18€/Tag

Die Lage in der Innenstadt, das freundliche Personal und die Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel.

Die laute Straße, hier wären Lärmschutzfenster auf einer Seite des Hotels angebracht. Ein kleiner Kühlschrank wäre nicht schlecht, muss keine Minibar sein.

"Very Good"

Die Lage ist, wenn man sich die Aachener Altstadt anschauen will, perfekt. In wenigen Gehminuten ist der Dom erreichbar, das ganze Viertel ist Fußgängerzone. Wenn man mit dem Auto anreist, ist in unmittelbarer Nähe eine Parkgarage mit eigenen Stellplätzen. Man sollte sich aber vorher im Hotel darüber informieren und eventuell gleich vereinbaren, daß man direkt in die Garage fährt. Es sind nur wenig Gehminuten dann zum Hotel.

Die Größe unseres Bett war eher schmal bemessen, aber für die 4 Nächte ist es gegangen. Am Wochenende (wir waren Pfingsten da), ist es in der Nacht in dem Viertel eher laut, die Fenster dämpfen aber gut.
