No double sockets near a Shallow desk. Not great if looking to charge electronics and work during a stay. Everything a bit tired to bathroom and a loose (the only useable) socket. Parking is charged on top of the stay. Only £5, but not clear when booking.

Lift didn’t work again / room was cold and didn’t warm up / breakfast was poor
It was well located for my training courses. Toilet was dirty and also quite low to sit on
A decent sized room and a large pool and gym. Let down by poor cleanliness and maintenance.
Everything was great
Very clean comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. We had a good rest after spending all day on our feet.
Stayed before and it’s a great place with lovely pool and facilities. Only problem this time was our shower completely stopped working whilst I was mid shower, I had to stand in a towel while they tried to fix it, then once fixed it was the slowest running water ever and the maintenance person said to call again if it goes off as it didn’t seem to be working properly, personally I would have offer to swap our rooms, didn’t have time to make a fuss as ended up late for dinner reservations
