"I am very upset with this situation and I will never return to this property ever and didn’t care and didn’t have any id"

I ask for a shower cap and never got one they cancel my second never called me and my key didn’t work went to the front desk to get a replacement key and then I went to my room and found luggage in my room and returned to the front desk and then she informed me you have been check out and I said I have a reservation for a second night sorry we are sold out what am I going to do sorry gave me a receipt and I left I am never going to return to this property
