The Craighaar Hotel

Very handy for exhibition centre and okay to stay parked in the hotel car park for the day even though checked out. Nice restaurant -good choice of music too.

Terrible pillows. Discovered could have got some new ones however during the night if I had asked. Bit noisy at times as under airport fly over but cannae help that and you get used to it.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. Dinner was tasty, though when a large group was sat by us, conversation became a little difficult. The bar, though small was well stocked.

The bed was so hard! The window was huge and only opened from a mid-hinge point, with no way to have it partially open. The shower was small with nowhere to put your toiletries while showering. Areas of the room and hotel in general were a little 'tired' - bed quilt and curtains were stained.

It was very clean, quite staff were friendly and happy to help and perfect location for us to to attend pj live

I can’t say there was anything we didn’t like

First time we have stayed here,it was lovely warm and very inviting place to stay.

For me the beds were not that comfortable but that is more of a personal choice than the hotel itself self.

Some decor in corridors and room looking in need of attention

Location, staff friendliness, food and very clean.

Only small issue was temperature in suite, uncomfortable nights sleep.
