As a Drury always is, this one in Grand Rapids was fantastic. Very clean rooms and common areas. Tremendous value with breakfast, drinks and dinner as part of the price. Staff members are extremely friendly and helpful. Wonderful place to stay. I highly recommend it.

My husband & I went to Grand Rapids just for a get away & we were so happy with our room & the wonderful staff there . The girl went out of her way to print directions for us when she id not have to!! Such a great staff of people here!!

Nice clean hotel! Rooms are clean and spacious. Free evening kickbacks and breakfast was good and plentiful. Pool and hot tub were clean and in good repair.

Very nice facilities and room.

Was not allowed to check in till 3 even though my group had an earlier check in. I believe an exception could have been made given the circumstances. No plant-based milk options because they were still testing customer acceptance at other hotels, but this was not helpful for my stay.

It was clean and everything was easy to get to

I liked everything about the property. I thought the pool was in a weird place but when I thought about it later, that was the best place for the pool.
