Drury Inn & Suites Grand Rapids

Cleanliness, kindness, pool was clean.

Beds and pillows very uncomfortable. Too soft. Hot tub kinda gross. Stuff floating in it. Free dinner is not good quality.

Our entire wedding group had an outstanding experience at the Drury Inn & Suites in Cascade MI. From arrival to departure, the staff treated us and our guests like royalty. The front desk team went above and beyond — even making sure a guest outside our room block received a welcome bag, which truly showed their attention to detail and care. Tammy and the rest of the staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. The nightly happy hour and morning breakfast were fabulous, and the chef added such a fun, personal touch. The lobby was a perfect gathering spot the night before the wedding, and this level of service was especially impressive since the hotel was sold out for New Year’s Eve. Many of our guests had never stayed at a Drury before, and after this experience, they said they would absolutely seek them out again. We highly recommend this hotel!

I love the fact that it was fresh popcorn available. After a couple of hours traveling, the popcorn hit the spot when checking in. The 5:30-7 appetizers Were a big hit as well.

Clean rooms and hotel, very friendly, and accommodating staff. Free dinner and breakfast buffet including 3 drinks for adults and unlimited non-alcoholic drinks. We were 15 minute late to breakfast, which was totally our mistake misreading the time. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and bring out what was left of the breakfast for us. A big thanks to Michael, Andrew and Kaylee!
