Toilet broken Cold shower Window unit had cold air draft coming thru wall. Buttons on window unit was ware off and couldn't tell what was what to set the heat. Tv had closed caption and alexa which I couldn't find a way to turn that function off. Comforter was very thin and not comfortable. I spent 10 minutes at the front desk to get my room key which my room got changed 3 times while I was at the front desk. I already did the online check in so I wouldn't have to waste time checking in. I ask for one bed and got 2 beds. I didn't need the extra bed.

AC were not working in 2 rooms, so asked staff to change the room. They changed the room then it was good.

"It was ok for one night unless you were really cold and wanted the breakfast then you were out of lu"

Beds were comfortable and room clean

The heater would not turn on unless you touched the switch at the plug in on wall. Could not tell what the temp was at. Had to look on the tv itself to turn on as the remote didn’t turn tv on or off. Breakfast wasn’t even ready not ready at the time should have. Water on floor near vending machines.

"I won’t stay at another super eight again"

Nothing after I got here and paid

Was told that I would have her first floor room with the king bed and they didn’t have one and they accepted my approval to come here with my dog for the price of $100 and when I got here, they told me that I needed to put a $50 deposit down plus paid an extra $25 for my dog so it was kind of bait and switch. Plus the property was dirty. There was garbage in the hallways.
