"Good location just poor service"

The rooms very spacious and the bed was super comfortable. It’s a good location especially as we were going to Spark Arena.

The lack of welcome, the reception area was a mess we never received a welcome or explanation of the services. We were just given our room key and that was all.

"It’s a shame the the reservation process let the place down."

Amazing rooms and location

The reservation was a mess. It was stuffed up multiple times and then I was overcharged after being told everything was corrected. It took awhile till it was finally sorted and refunded.
