Die Zimmer waren sauber, geschmackvoll und funktional ausgestattet und die Mitarbeiter freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Wir waren überrascht, wie laut es in den Zimmern mit Blick auf die Queen Street war. Privatsphäre auf der Toilette Fehlanzeige, es gab nur einen Sichtschutz aus Glas, der zwischen Dusche und WC hin und her geschoben wurde. Zudem hätten wir erwartet, das bei einem Hotel dieses Preisklasse der Cappuccino beim Frühstück inbegriffen ist.
