Ivy Court Inn and Suites

The room was clean. The staff was helpful. The price was very good.

The room was showing its age. The toilet seat was going to fall off, which they knew ahead of time and still rented it out.

Location was perfect. It was a family atmosphere. Room was comfortable, spacious and clean. Price was less expensive than surrounding hotels.

Plenty of breakfast options.

I checked back through my TripAdvisor review history, as I was quite sure I had reviewed Ivy Court in the past. I did indeed give the Ivy Court a 5-star review eleven years ago after our first visit. Many Ivy Court stays later, I am still giving our experience five stars. While the location is key, the staff is consistently friendly & helpful, breakfast good (love the burritos!) and a cozy, warm atmosphere. There is some need for sprucing up some signs of aging/small damages in rooms, however upgrades have not gone unnoticed.

It was Ok and not up to the review standards in my opinion. The place looks dated, elevator door needs fixing. Room was fine and clea. But again dated. The best part was a nice dining room and a better than average breakfast with real eggs -sort of made to order.

Quaint and close to ND campus. Wonderful breakfast and small touches that made it feel homey.

Fitness room was a bit small, one cardio machine did not work.
