Great location next to campus hotel is clean a little bit older breakfast is good

Location was fantastic, but had called twice to confirm the type of room booked and a late check in. They gave us wrong rooms and no one was available to fix as we arrived late. They said they attempted to call to fix it the next day but their phones couldn’t call long distance. I found that strange since they had left me a voicemail the week before to confirm everything

I stayed here for one night while traveling for work and brought my mom along. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, the rates were very affordable, and the room was spotless and well maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the internet worked perfectly. Breakfast exceeded expectations — far better than the typical hotel spread and absolutely delicious. A special shoutout to the staff: we went down close to the end of breakfast, and when my mom mentioned they were out of bacon, one of the gentlemen in the dining area got up and immediately asked the kitchen to bring more. Within minutes, fresh bacon appeared, and it completely made her day. That kind of attentiveness and kindness is true customer service at its best. This hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. I will be staying here for my next trip to South Bend.
