Tudo. Localização perfeita, bem no centro da cidade. O hotel é bem divertido, e parece ter um restaurante/bar famoso no terreo. Funcionários simpaticos. O quarto possui vista otima da cidade.

Localização excelente, a cerca de 2 quadras da Michigan Avenue. Ótimo acesso a transportes públicos e a grande parte dos pontos turísticos. Apesar de localizado em um local movimentado, as janelas antirruídos mantêm o quarto silencioso.

A equipe poderia ser mais amigável. Não tive nenhum problema com nenhum membro, porém faltava receptividade ao atender.
