"Hyatt House in San Ramon was a pleasant surprise!"

Hotel exceeded my expectations. Was in town for two days on business. Hyatt House in San Ramon will be a top choice going forward. Front deck staff was helpful and efficient. They also allowed me to check in several hours early without a hitch. Housekeeping was doing a great job -- the place was spotless. Pool looked great, but did not have time to enjoy it. Only weak link: Breakfast came up short in the offerings and quality -- nothing wrong with it, but the hotel comes across as much finer establishment than the food offerings relayed. Coffee and fresh fruit were appreciated, but I will skip the food offerings and eat in town.

"The best place to stay in San Ramon"

Hyatt House San Ramon is our home away from home when we visit family in the area. It is clean, affordable and the staff is great. It is also well situated to the freeway, stores and gas stations.
