Tv and wifi bad!!

They accommodated the first night because they did not have the king room I had paid for 1st night. There has to be better communication when something gets double booked. But the next afternoon we was able to move to the king room.

The Marijuana smoking going on and it was traveling all thru the hallway.

The property is everything you would expect for the price. It's well priced and OK location - staff are friendly and helpful. The TV in our room didn't work - it was promptly swapped out for another. Washing machine in guest laundry was not working - and didn't get fixed during our stay which was not so good. And complimemtary breakfast was minimalistic, but again for the room rate charged it's OK.

Rooms have bugs and roaches crawling on walls (I have photos). Lamp shades are old, and wastebaskets are dirty under the plastic trash bags. You have to clean them yourself or ask the housekeeper to clean them. The countertop has some kind of unidentified residue and crumbs. Make sure you pull the microwave out crumbs behind it as well. The sink hardware is filthy. Heat/air conditioner unit vents have built up dirt. Windows need cleaning.

The room was clean, the desk associates were excellent. THE BIG PROBLEM WAS THE DOOR LOCKS EVERY DAY FOR THREE DAYS I HAD TO GET NEW KEY CARDS, THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AS A BUSINESS PERSON YOU HAVE TO GET OBVIOUS THINGS CORRECT I HAD OTHER ASSOCIATES ALSO STAYING AT THE SAME TIME WITH THE SAME PROBLEM AS A COMPANY WE WILL NOT STAY AGAIN AT THIS HOTEL

It was a great stay

The night worker was unprofessional and very rude. My first stay I specifically asked the night lady not to run my card. I paid cash. She ran my card and I was charged for insufficient funds. The Manager of the Wyndom Adrian is the wrong person for that job.
