The Bayview Hotel Guam

Staff was great . Room was huge and clean with cold a/c. Great view of tumon . I recommend this place due to more private stay without a crowd .

Location and beds were comfortable and able to accommodate my family

The bathroom had a window next to the shower and you can see right into it. Very odd to have that window there and no privacy.

The fact that our 4 rooms were all next to each other.

That the pool was closed, but we understood because of the upcoming storm.

Room was large, cool, and comfortable (great bed and pillow) and had a great view

Multiple incidents of very loud and noisy voices and TV from room next door (three separate guests), refrigerator was very weak and barely kept items cool

furniture in rooms is quite worn out. Could have been cleaner.

Hello just wanted to share this review on how Bayview Hotel staffs from the House keeping all the way to the management. Since staying as a guest along with my wife, I’ve already had a sense of the warm greeting and smiles and Hafa Adai which is a local word on Guam meaning “Welcome” as soon as we’ve checked in. From the beginning, the front desk staff ladies did a great job, they were wonderful at what they do. Thank you Gabby, sorry I did not mention your coworkers names but please say thank you for us. The accommodation was wonderful throughout our stay from beginning to end. My wife and I applaud, admire, respect, and appreciate the professionalism. Let me start with the housekeeping ladies that work hard to clean, change bedsheets etc..like Imelda Bumagat who cleans our room (802) who change out towels, amenities etc..every time she is always smiling and it makes us feel we are treated with love. Then there’s Ruby Hinson housekeeping manager who asks if everything is ok and to let her know what we needed to feel comfortable in our room. Abby Baldo operations manager who making sure that all guest and staff alike are treated with respect and that Bayview Hotel is in Top condition. Mary Rose Malabag the General Manager hands down to her, there’s no question why she’s the GM, she has your full attention no matter the issues are and will resolve them in a heart beat, and guest hospitality and comfort is her priority and passion during your stay. My wife and I enjoyed our stay together in the Bayview Hotel, will definitely stay again someday and will recommend to family and friends who are visiting Guam. 値段と場所が良かったです。 レンタカー利用しましたがほとんどのショップやレストランは歩いて行けるとこにありました。

建物の裏はまだ汚かったが宿泊には影響はなかったです。 部屋までの帰る廊下？がちょっと怖いくらいです。
