The Inn at Stone Mountain Park

Beautiful and elegant.

I understand the hotel is a classic but at least mow the lawn. Pool was green and unable to.use. Staff was great but maintain your property!!! Trash all around.. This was a State Park!! Very disappointed in this place. And Stone Mountain is a wonderful park.

Location to park

No microwave in rooms. Leak in ceiling. Visual water damage. Charges your card twice for stay if you pay by third party such as booking. Fees will be on hold for a week before released back. The $100 incidental fee is crazy for the appearance of the room.

Location was great.

Pool was dirty, rooms are outdated… I’m 36 and I went there when I was 16… I’m pretty sure they are using the same towels from then.

Very central of the national park

I understand the Inn. It’s inside a National Park that runs with low funding but it’s important to at least remove the old things inside the rooms and replace them with new ones. Upon inspecting the room at my arrival to the room. I saw the pillows were drown and certain areas yellow. So I had to go to Walmart and get me new ones and did not used the hotel ones.

Size of room

We were moved to two different rooms which both had no air conditioning in them when it was 92° outside. They were not able to move us to another hotel room due to other six rooms were experiencing the same thing. The pool was dirty. The toilet was not working properly.

Everything was in perfect walking distance, pool was amazing, rooms clean !

The location to the attractions was good.

Mildew on the bed skirts, AC just blew air, not cool air. No ice machines, they were broken. The tavern was closed, and the resteraunt was closed. When you walked in the room the extremely strong mildew smell almost knocked you over. Paid for two nights but could not stay, We left after 1 night. The place needs a lot of work.

DO NOT STAY!! Hotel staff is lacking in basic customer service. There are no phones and no way to call the front desk who doesn't fix anything anyway. The ONLY good thing is that the rooms are large. Much bigger than a normal hotel room. No food anywhere near 10 minute drive minimum. Hotel rooms have spiders in cabinets. Wall paper is peeling away. Barely working frig and air. We had no soap. Hair dryer burned up in 3 seconds. Electrical plates are not attached. (Safety hazard) place is dirty and lacks basic maintaining. We had a terrible experience getting here because we checked in on July 4th. Roads were blocked. My husband is a disabled veteran and we asked for an ADA room. None given and they could not even provide a shower chair.
