This is a well-known large hotel and spa, conveniently located next to the city's famous Kurpark. The entrance and spacious parking area are behind the main building. There are long corridors inside the hotel, and it can take a while to walk from your room to the breakfast restaurant, for example. However, as you walk around, you may notice that the whole complex dates back several eras. The older parts of the hotel are breathtakingly beautiful, with interesting details that reveal the long history of the place. The room was spacious and clean, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was really tasty. It was also very convenient to walk the dog in the nearby picturesque Kurpark. Bad Nauheim is one of the stops we use on our annual trip through Europe. I would happily return to this hotel, and not just because I had yet to experience its spa.

Das Hotel profitiert von seiner Lage in der Stadt, es war zentrumsnah gelegen und Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Die Mikrolage im Kurpark war grün und ruhig.

Das gesamte Hotel, besonders die Zimmer, sind stark abgewohnt und renovierungsbedürftig. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist spartanisch (die "Sitzgruppe" beispielsweise sind zwei Stühle an einem kleinen Tisch). Durch das Alter der Einrichtung und Innenausstattung entsteht ein verschmutzter und ungepflegter Eindruck (siehe Fotos).
