We booked 2 days at this motel, due to the fact my husband had surgery on Friday 1/27/23. I found out that day that he had to stay overnight in the hospital, I decided to stay with him because I did not feel safe staying at the motel by myself. I call to cancel my reservations, and never received a call back. I was instructed from the young lady, she would get back to me. Never heard anything. Not happy.

Nothing about this stay was relaxing. Had to move from one room to another because boogers were on the wall and the room and bathroom was dirty. Second room was just a tad better, still had roaches everywhere and the room has a smell. WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN !

Hotel is a good value. You get what you pay for. Staff was super friendly. Towels are very small and scratchy but overall, I’d stay again.

The rooms were dirty. The halls where smoky and you could smell weed through out the hotel. The breakfast was not good! Won't be staying again.

We were looking for a clean, safe and affordable place to stay the night with our 6 month old daughter on a recent trip. The Motel 6 in Franklin, VA fit the bill! Staff were friendly and professional, the room was tidy and the bed sheets were clean. We'll plan to stay here again in the future when we pass through.
