Size of room. Gym facilities,

I forgot some clothes in the room (Adidas tracksuit pants, Polo shirt, socks and underwear) but despite calling the reception three times, once within four hours from checkout and twice more during the next 24 hours, the receptionist on duty reported that, either she could not get the housekeeping staff or else that "Nothing has been turned in from Room 228". This was disappointing. Staff honesty in "Lost and Found" matters is always greatly appreciated by customers but was not forthcoming on this occasion.

The staff, location and property are always great here.

There was a guest smoking (marijuana) on the property. It made our stay less pleasant.

The bed is hard

Lobby was pretty.

Construction everywhere. No sidewalk to parking lot. Hassle to get to restaurants. Rooms need renovated. Dresser drawers wouldn’t stay closed. Beds uncomfortable. Plug didn’t work in bathroom. Breakfast was not edible.

The fruit water and lobby

The room, the shower head had mildew on it i had to clean it off, peanuts was on the floor when we enter, I think housekeeping should be more precise with their cleaning.

Great staff, very helpful. good room.

I wish the breakfast came with the room or had been offered during booking.
