Great location

Found a sex toy under the couch cushions lucky I found it before my kids found it also wasn’t clean under the beds

Few things missing in kitchen side of things Staff were friendly Shame they did not have staff available 7 days a week

Office not open everyday

Very close to the seaside, good for a stroll

Seems they have permanent residents there. No problems with any. Bathroom vanity was a big stainless steel sink. Supposed that’s for people who stay long term. Found it difficult to find entry when driving.

Very noisy lots of yelling swearing, didn’t trust the car park was safe. Tap in bathroom nearly broken off same as toilet seat. No hand soap or dish soap to wash up dishes. We believe staff used a face washer to clean and left it in bathroom.

There was a cigarette smell inside the room. I fixed it, by opening the door. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Also the taps in the bathroom need new washes. As I couldn’t stop them from dropping.

The tv did not have foxtel and the internet was slow

Room was ready, clean and suitable for me.

Nothing really...maybe just the water pressure in the shower was a little lower than what I am accustomed to.
