Como lo plasme en la encuesta, me parece que ediliciamente y funcionalmente hay una falta de mantenimiento.

Hotel ok. Would have been a great hotel in the 80s. Food not too bad. Bed was ok. Shower was appalling, hot then cold hot then cold. Staff were good and friendly. Location was ok, but not the best part of town. They did charge 100,000 Guarani for the airport transfer one way. This was the same as a taxi. Other facilities were ok. Wi-Fi was pretty slow, but they have PCs there. If you looking for somewhere to put your head for the night it is ok. If you want to hang out in a hotel for a couple of days and want some comforts then not so good. Overall halfway good.

The room was quaint but clean, warm, comfortable and very much enjoyed! The view of the city and the lake was lovely, and I enjoyed every second of relaxing in my room. The service was great, and the food at the hotel was clean, delicious and refreshing. Overall, I think it was a lovely stay and intend to go back with my coming trip to Asuncion. Its a Four-Star Hotel, I suppose the only reason its not 5 Stars is because of its lack of overall glamour and Grandios. I highly recommend it because it is comfortable, clean, and has great service - everything anyone should expect from their stay.

Booked an expensive suite with 3 double beds and found out a reasonably sized room ( not suite like) with severely deteriorated decoration, terrible view, very very old carpet, really bad bathroom, and window A/C that didn't work to much. The only good and true thing were the double beds. After 2 minutes we decided to ask for a better room. The reception was very friendly ans offered us to shop around a pick another room. We ended up in a regular room, much smaller and with single beds. However the room was less deteriorated (i.e., seemed less that mice might be living there....) and we stayed there. In the end we paid a huge price for a really bad hotel room. The hotel location is great, 1/2 streets from the center, but the hotel is so depressing that I recommend taking a cab from wherever else you can stay. Although I didn't stayed there I would recommend Sheraton. Looked really nice from outside.
