The door had clearly been broken in and the mechanical lat h was broken off so no way for me to lock it. The room smelled bad and there was old soap in it. I slept in all my clothes and left after one day of a two night reservation. I have not been tefunded.

Staff was very nice and very helpful! The location was great for a fairly quick trip in to boston and excellent for traveling to Salem the next day. Restaurants were within walking distance. Our room was small but comfortable.

Not really the hotels issue, but one of the guests was smoking Marijuana in the elevator, it smelled overwhelmingly like it all day, and made my clothes smell too.

The staff was the only positive. They were very kind and helpful.

Everything. There were bugs all over the shower and the walls in the bathroom. Changed rooms only to have the vent in the bathroom leak and create a puddle of water on the ground in the new room. Homeless people always by the front doors and in and out at all hours of the night. Hallways had trash everywhere.
