Room accommodations.

Breakfast was supposed to start at 6. At 7:30 the breakfast bar wasn't set up totally. Was told the cook didn't show up and grocery order hadn't arrived. Seemed to us that a back up plan was never put together.We both thought since the breakfast was not completed on time that the food would be out later than 9, but no it was removed a little before 9. We had been to 2 Wyndham properties in the past week and both breakfast we encountered were not as good as in past visits. I guess we will stick to properties with out breakfast. The front desk workers we encountered were great.

I thought this was an exceptionally awesome room. Especially for what I paid. I wish the hotel that was holding the convention I drove down here for was as nice.

The hotel was perfect for my needs.

Smelled marijuana on the hall by the elevator. Bugs coming out of the bathroom and flying around

The area is a nice area , location good for shopping

The staff upon arrival were just not in a good mood . My bed sheets had stains and the pull out couch mattress was nasty with brown stains. We have stayed here before over a year ago and the first time it was ok but this time it was way worse. The pool area was also nasty and smelled bad it definitely needs a remodel .

The location was wonderful, and the beds were comfortable. We got in late, and my kids wanted to swim. The staff let us have a late checkout to give them time to swim. Which I thought was very nice.

We got a late checkout to swim. However, we didn't swim long. The pool wasn't the cleanest and had unidentified floaty debris. Look similar to chewed up food. Most hotel pools aren't the cleanest, so I won't hold that against the hotel.

Jalen and Carron who were at the front desk when we checked in/out were so nice. The lady setting up breakfast was too. Phenomenal staff! The room was dated but very clean.

The room had a closet in it and I assume it was an air conditioner behind the locked door. It rattled all.night.long. So loud! The hotel is non-smoking and yet the elevator and stairwell smelled like pot. The beds were not comfortable. Mine had a spring loose so I had to be careful not to roll on it.

Excellent breakfast. Leigh Ann was so helpful. When she was on duty, she was very friendly and observant of what the diners needed. Very pleasant experience. The food was excellent, too!

I actually carpooled with someone, so I didn't drive myself. I was attending a 3-day conference on Brownsboro Road so the distance was a bit of a drive from the hotel. First night's sleep was a bit uncomfortable because I am accustomed to my own bed, but after that I was so tired from conference-going, I could have slept on rocks!
