Country Hearth Inn & Suites Augusta

I really appreciate the three front desk staff. I’m currently facing homelessness, my car was repossessed so hotels have been my savior’s. The staff, Mr.G and his wife was very accommodating and helpful. They don’t know what I’m facing, but they were my blessings by helping me match prices, allowing me to check in early when I had no where else to go.

Although the property was not very tidy, it was decent enough to serve as a last resort. I would not prioritize staying here, but it fulfilled its role as a safe and comfortable place to sleep.

The cleaning wasn't great at all , stains all over wall, refrigerator smelled sour,room over priced for the poor conditions,items left behind from previous stay which I threw away. Staff was unhelpful with getting me into another room

I had roaches in my room. I asked the customer service to move me to another room. He didn’t. He came and moved, put some roach pellets down and spray the room. I cannot stand in that room.

Sign on the front door reads "Not responsible for injury or Death". Bathroom sink didn't work. Tv would not pick up any channels. Wi-Fi was nonexistent, Light fixtures and electrical sockets were broken. The door had been kicked in at one point so you could see daylight halfway done the door. There were piles trash/ old refrigerator's next to the dumpster and overflowing. Trash bags piled up all over the place by the trash cans around the building. Hot water in the shower was luke warm full turned to hot. There were neighbors running in and out and fighting at all times of the night and day. Hotels.com had it listed for 50 a night was charged 84 a night. Glad it was for just 3 nights.
