Country Hearth Inn & Suites Augusta

I couldn't understand the attendant. He was wearing a dirty shirt. He said we do not take cards for payment so he pointed me to the ATM machine which charged me to use I asked if they had breakfast and he said no they have coffee and he could get something from the vending machine. The pool was empty. We went to our room and there was a woman in her underwear standing outside her door. I had my 17 year old son with me. There was an order coming from her room. There were other creepy men walking around the building. We got to our room non smoking room and noticed cigarette burns on the comforter and it smelled like an ash tray. I went to see about another room and the attendant showed us other ones and one smelled of pot and the others smelled like dog and smoke. I told him we could not stay in the room and wanted our money back and he said he couldn't give it back and I had to go through booking.com for a refund. My son was petrified of the lingering people on the property and did not feel safe to stay. It was the worst experience of my hotel history and I would not recommend anyone to stay. We left and drove home 2.5 hours away.

Absolutely nothing

Room stunk bad.

No breakfast. No pool

Clean the room with bleach. Get new blankets and sheets and pillows their burned or not washed and holes in the blankets. Light fixtures broken . Toilets seats need to be fixed. Kitchen cabinet dirty or marked up . No hair dryer. No Iron. Mirror filthy . AC filter dirty. needs to be changed or loud. And roaches. Nasty.

I liked nothing about this hotel, matter fact i fell thru the chair yesterday and the staff had to call the ambulance and now im on crutches ... So i am contacti g lawyer today 2 sue the property or we cansetlle out of court...up to them! They defintly gotta pay my hospital bill...
