The food was excellent - Staff were awesome, bed comfortable and breakfast was exceptional.

prices at the bar £22 for 2 Rum & cokes £6 for a lemonade & Soda water ? fizzy was & 3ml of concentrated from a bag in box cost about 30p. charge to us £6 + ? at least Dick Turpin wore a mask

Loved the friendly team and lovely bar area. Pool is nice and the gym seems brand new.

Sadly my handbag almost set on fire due to a candle that looked like a lamp! Am liaising with the manager about this at the moment.

Spa access not included and misleading information booking.com about a family room. Photos are not accurate. Also expensive when adding dinner breakfast and spa stay, almost doubled the price of the room.

Spent a relaxing few hours here. My facial by Courtney was wonderful. She was professional and warm making me feel totally comfortable and rejuvenated! Thank you

Lovely room. Friendly staff. Good food

The staff in the restaurant served us promptly to start with but then forgot about us. We were a later sitting and there was def a lack of staff once the rush had died. We had to ask twice for dessert menu and although we tried to find someone there was no one around to ask for bill do we ended up going to bar to pay.

This is the third time we have used Thorpe Park Hotel & Spa year on year as our first choice to host our business annual conference, accommodating 60 + people. The service we have always received has always been excellent. If staying overnight, the rooms are luxurious, the staff are friendly and helpful, the food is delicious, with a glorious swimming pool, where nothing is too much trouble. Alex and Jayne at Thorpe Park Hotel & Spa always look after us, as does Kirsty and Angela who manages our business bookings, who all provide a 5 star excellent service. I would whole heartedly highly recommend Thorpe Park Hotel & Spa for business bookings. Thank you to Kirsty, Angela, Alex and Jayne at Thorpe Park Hotel & Spa. We will see you again next year.
