"We will definitely stay here when we return."

The location, across the Guggenheim Museum was impeccable. Coffee and gelato shop nearby, within walking distance to shopping and some sites. Walking into the hotel lobby, one is greeted with a signature fragrance that was refreshing, clean, and not too overpowering. Wish we could purchase!Nice staff. Modern room.

Location outstanding. Roof terrace had a stunning view and lovely place to have breakfast. Staff were friendly and the concierge was delightful and super helpful. Food options excellent.

Rooms were a little dark - facing the inner courtyard.

"Superb hotel situated very close to the Gugenheim. The city has many parks and trees to offer shade and culturally museu"

Great location and the breakfast was to die for. Wonderful selection and great attentive staff every day of our 13 day stay.

Nothing except there was significant echo from people in the lobby as the centre of the hotel was open.
