Hotel lobby coffee often lukewarm and by time you go to your room or get your breakfast it is cold.

Perfectly situated for Ottawa Senators games. Basic, clean and perfect for a one night stay.

I spent a few nights here while visiting local attractions. The location is very convenient, near the highway, near lots of restaurants and shopping, and a short walk from the Canadian Tire Centre. My room was very clean and everything in the room worked properly. The common areas of the hotel also appeared well maintained and clean. The elevator was a bit slow is my only (very minor) complaint. There was a hockey team staying at the hotel one of the nights I was there. I thought the hotel did a good job keeping the peace with so many kids running around. The hotel breakfast was pretty standard. Nothing to get excited about. I was worried that I would get muscled out of breakfast the night that the hockey team was there, but the staff were doing a great job keeping the breakfast item stocked. There was a very heavy snow storm my last night there, but the lot was cleared of snow and salted when I left in the early hours of the morning. All the staff I interacted with were very friendly. All in all, I had a great stay and would make this my first choice if I am back in the area.
