Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter.

Die Dusche war verschmutzt, der Abfluss nicht gereinigt. Das scheint schon öfter der Fall gewesen zu sein, denn die Badezimmertür war durch einen Wasserschaden unten aufgequollen.

Schöne große, helle Zimmer, Fenster für frische Luft zum Öffnen

Dunkle Möbel, Schwimmbad nicht nutzbar wegen einer Havarie, einen Ausgleich dafür haben wir erst nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen erhalten. Grundsätzlich hätten wir noch kostenlos stornieren können, da wir aber keine Info bezüglich der Havarie hatten, war dies nicht möglich

Pool nicht nutzbar, da derzeit offensichtlich größere Renovierungsarbeiten. Hinweis auf der Hotelseite wäre hilfreich.
