"Niagara Falls is a very expensive place to stay, but I expected a nicer hotel for the money spent."

The staff were very friendly. The bed sheets were clean and the mattress was comfortable.

The "continental breakfast" consisted of one boiled egg, two pieces of toast and coffee/tea. The tub needed a good cleaning, with a visible ring of dirt present. When all the taxes were added, it was over $180 per night, but neither room service or parking were included in these charges.

Very good location.

Very run down and minimal facilities. Shower head was broken so it didn't spray correctly and the towels, sheets, etc. we're very thin and worn.
