The hotel it self was nice

The toilet needed to be fixed, every time you flushed it took 30 minutes for the tank to fill. The tv remote worked occasionally and the Netflix would not load

I so loved this hotel and Latrese made it even better by upgrading me to a suite which was NICE. She displayed wonderful customer service and was very kind. The suite was amazing and I enjoyed everything including the food!

"Nice Stay"

Very nice stays at this Marriott. The hotel and my room seemed very clean and well appointed. All amenities were in the room including coffee, 3 large towels. The bed was comfortable and the room on floor 8 was very quiet (no noisy neighbors) however the AC/Heat unit was very loud. If you are an Elite member, the breakfast buffet is included. There is a lounge that had limited food so I was told to go help myself to the regular buffet which was decent. A shoutout to Kathleen who was taking care of breakfast, who gave us a warm and friendly welcome to each morning, and made sure the food was fresh and plentiful. When the the exception of the noisy AC system, overall a very nice stay.
