The staff was friendly and check in went smotth. It was all downhill from there. It took 12 hours for the room to get cool enough to be comfortable. The bed was so uncomfortable bed. The pool was filled with bugs and trash. Seat around the pool was risted and torn.

The location was convenient. In close proximity to restaurants and the two bowling alleys we were in-town for a bowling tournament.

The cleanliness was poor. The pillows on the bed had stains on them, the towels had hair all over them, and the sink in our room was clogged.

"Still Would Stay Again.."

Overall the stay was comfortable, clean and safe. Those are usually my benchmarks. I travel as a single woman for business. Arrived 15 minutes before in-hotel restaurant closed; they were still cooking and I was able to get a decent burger with hot fries!!! THANK YOU!! Why a 4 instead of 5? The room TV internet was not working. Told front desk; sent maintenance; he had no idea what to do. He just stood there and said “sorry”. Returned to FD, “Sorry, we couldn’t help”. Maybe they need a IT tech on board. The hotel internet was fine. Just not the TV internet. To access Netflix; HBO etc. Lastly, the smooth elevators lacked AC or any circulating air. Those are not reasons enough not to stay; but they are reasons not to get. 5.

It's close to St.Pete/Clearwater International Airport. Very convenient. The bed was comfortable, the room was very clean, the pool was fantastic, the food at the restaurant was great. Staff was so polite and accomodating.
