The breakfast was superb, it exceeded our expectations.

Getting a much better service and smiles from staff at a competing establishment.

The staff were very rude when their machines were malfunctioning and wouldn't accept my card, so I had to make other arrangements for the night - then they had the audacity to charge me for the room despite the counter staff telling me they cannot do this. A refund would likely be too much to ask....I am livid to be out of pocket for something that I did not use. They also failed in their listing to mention anything about $150 incidentals charge. For the record the machines worked perfectly fine at the competing establishment. Watch out that they don't try and scam you as they have me.

The empoyees are very nice.

The only negative point is the couch bed. The mattress is to thin, so we could not sleeped well on it.
