The hotel was in a terrible area. It felt very unsafe. The entire floor smelled. In the middle of the night, 1am, there were people screaming and physically fighting. The front desk did not pick up when I called and I had to call the 800 number for them to contact someone to remove the people fighting in the hallway. The room was okay. There were stains on the walls and carpet. When I talked to the morning manager at checkout, she apologized and said she was glad she didn’t work the night shift. If I could give zero stars, I would likely do so. I am very disappointed with the stay.

Breakfast was good! Eggs, sausage, and pancakes, and gravy. Super clean room and hotel. I even ran my finger through the top of the furniture and no dust.

Do NOT believe the nice low price. What they do NOT tell you is that you have to pay an ECO-Friendly Fee of $3.99. Huh? I asked what that meant and they did not know. At checkout I was also dismayed to find that I had to pay a $8.95 PARKING FEE. Fair enough I guess except that I do not have a CAR! They could not refund me the $8.95 at the desk, said I had to call corporate and wait 7 to 14 days for a refund. Still waiting........ And Expedia now claims that the price you see includes all taxes and fees..........Not with this one.

"Not thrilled"

They were out of almost everything in the commissary. Our room had 1 hand towel. We tried to get more towels but that appeared to be difficult. The breakfast area was not supplied well and, as usual, the pancake Machine was broke. You have to pay for parking, which is unusual . The ironing board cover was disgusting and filthy. They supplied very little toilet paper. We travel to a lot of HIE and this wasn’t up to other standards.
