Staff was helpful

My heater was not working but staff got it running again but didnt actually get heat till 230am and when asked for a discount for that night my credit card was charged additional fees instead of discounted

Clean but staff has a horrible attitude was told I could check in early and the manager and girl out front said check in not till 4 but I'm booking said three and I called and asked to check in early said I was approved and the manager was an asshole about it the said the main office won't make the rules for my hotel asked to stay over past check out was going to pay the 40 extra and he got smart and said we don't do that but yet there is a sign right in front of the desk that says we could

Hotel was nice staff were ignorant and mean not helpful at all always had smart answers and then went to use my key and neither key worked in the door after the first day so they charged my card a nother 50 bucks for keys

The staff was friendly and welcoming

The breakfast was under par... it was over cooked and not good... nice machine was out.... only 1 set of towels in the room... the floor mat for bathroom looked dirty...I asked for a walk in shower like the picture and I got a tub... ice machine didn't work

Very basic but nice continental breakfast

Location was terrible and we were heckled by a strange guest in the lobby-he seemed homelesss but we couldn’t tell.

W did not stay there.

We did not stay there. We were not comfortable with the location. We decided to go somewhere else. When we walked in there was no staff at the front desk. We were probably in there for ten minutes and no one came to the desk. We left. I had payed for the room and lost that money.
