When I first booked the hotel it looked clean and well maintained, it was not.

Before we arrived we were informed the elevator was broken but since the hotel is only 2 floors we went ahead to the hotel. When we arrived it was pouring rain and once inside our rooms there was water POURING into the rooms through the air conditioners. We let management know and they moved us to new room. The new rooms were not clean, had a bad odor and there was mold in the bath tubs and on the wall. I requested to cancel the rooms but was told booking had to do it. I contacted booking.com and was told they couldn’t get ahold of the hotel. After several hours of back and forth they cancelled one of my rooms but not the other 2. After another hour of back and forth the next morning they finally cancelled my other two rooms for the second night.
