La qualité du service. J'ai été très impressionné par la prestation de l'ensemble du personnel. Je prends même 5 mn pour l'écrire car d'habitude ça me gonfle les commentaires mais là je trouve ce complexe ibis/courtepaille est un extra terrestre dans le domaine de l'hôtellerie/restauration. Comment dire ils ont tous la banane.....cest le wk le plus chargé de l'année avec le méga loto et la mécanique est super bien huilé.....même pas mal ils font le job avec une décontraction hallucinante......j'ai même poussé le vice jusqu'à voir comment ils s'en sortirais au petit déjeuner en y allant le plus tard possible (hôtel est complet à 100%) et là accueil de ouf buffet à bloc tout est propre......franchement un grand bravo tres belle équipe et très beau produit aussi .....chapeau bas!!!!!

Les dalles qui bougent avant d'arriver. C'est pas que ça me dérange mais comme je suis maçon on dit par chez nous que tout ce qui branle ne tombe pas sauf que c'est ûn détail qui peut faire dire qu'on entretien pas son matériel.....et donc une première mauvaise impression avant d'entrer dans l'hôtel !!!!! La suite m'a prouvé que non mais j'essaierai qd même de faire qqchose puisque ca ne coûte pas forcement chère à la réparation......
