No breakfast

Normally have a great stay at this location, this time the room was very musty smelling, ice machines all broken and breakfast was not available. Probably will find a new location for our trip next year

The carpet in our room was filthy There was a big black stain on it.

Stayed here for a conference. No way to walk to the event. No sidewalks and seemed unsafe. Carpet in room was filthy with big stains. Mold in shower. Weird smell in whole building. Breakfast was “cancelled.” Staff was very nice though.

the only negative is the ice machine was not operating.

Our first room had a huge stain in the middle of the floor. The hair dryer was covered in hair and sticky and the television didn't work. Our second room had smaller stains on the carpet and the shower head didn't work well. They had removed the ice maker all but the first floor. If you went out the door to the side parking lot, you had to walk around to the main entrance to get back in. The door key cards had to be reset twice.

It was not too bad. The rooms were nice, simple and clean. The staff were friendly. Appearance could be a little better - the hallways were a bit dark. The AC/Heater needs to be updated and modernized. Even on low, it was blowing too much air. The only bad thing was their breakfast. It was horrible. I took one bite and immediately threw it away.

I’d read a lot of reviews before booking and knew feedback was mixed, but we took a chance and stayed anyway. Unfortunately the poor reviews weren’t wrong. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the bed was actually pretty comfy, but the overall state of the property was pretty bad. The hallways, elevator, and our room smelled of mold and mildew. Second and third floors were missing ice and vending. Lots of dirt and grime everywhere. When we checked in, the mirrors in our room were covered in a strange film making it hard to see through. Sheets and pillows seemed clean, but the carpets and floors were stained and had crumbs and dirt. Parking lot was overgrown with weeds. The pool and the fitness center were both closed with no sign of construction or repair in the works. And the day after we arrived, there was a sign up saying breakfast was temporarily closed, though it never re-opened during our 4-night stay. Then on our last night we found a small cockroach in our room. I generally try not to be too critical, but this stay was pretty disappointing. Next year we will likely shell out for a more expensive hotel!

Property review on July 8th 2025 by local officials recommended the hotel be shut down for mitigation of mold issues. The hotel room was dirty. The hallways smelled like mold and mildew. No vending or ice on upper floors. Recycle bins, but hotel does not recycle.
