Baymont by Wyndham Walterboro

Never again - they put us in a room that was under repair. Arrived late and did not want to go change rooms. The sink was not attached, room dirty and smelled bad. Plus WiFi did not work at all in this room

It's quite and the staff is very polite

I don’t know I had coffee yeah I was out of waffle mix but I still enjoyed myself

Our room was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The room smelled like smoke and skunk. When my husband went to complain, he was handed a small bottle of odors band to spray the room. Didn't work. Have stayed here several times and never had these issues. We were exhausted and just went with it. The bed was comfortable, but only 2 nothing pillows. Might as well not have them. We stay her because of breakfast and the value. Got up and went to breakfast only to find the dining room closed. We had to go somewhere else to eat driving a uhaul.

Front desk very nice. No pool Too many permit guests wandering around motel. Pets without leashes. Felt unsafe

The hotel was near where we needed to be.

The hotel is old, dirty, run down and it smells. The rooms need complete renovation top to bottom. It honestly seems like it had been shut down for ages and reopened. I would avoid staying here.

Motel looked to be about 80% vacant but we were told only rooms available with a king sized bed were on the second floor. We got to the room only to find the door open and the room dirty. Back to the office for another room on the second floor. This one had been cleaned but the room next door had a door that had been badly damaged. We felt very uncomfortable and unsafe. We decided to not stay the night. The clerk said a swat team had broken the door a year ago. Still not repaired. Also a few people were hanging out at the main entrance smoking. Avoid this Baymont Inn.
