Great location, clean, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, comfortable beds ! Loved the fresh milk and water stations! Never seen that.

Bathroom was a bit small and I like a bath sheet !

The atmosphere and friendliness o f staff

No mirrors in our room other than bathroom. Very inconvenient and frustrating when using hair appliances and getting dressed up for a wedding. Receptionist not aware of this issue and was going to get it rectified.

The pillows were extremely flat, I felt like I was sleeping on nothing. The staff who worked the night shift was rude, wouldn’t provide us with any room service past midnight for drinks as there was a problem with the till, I politely asked could they not be charged to the room and we can pay on checkout (like you would normally do) as we had no refreshments in the room (apart from tea or coffee) and she declined and said we had to get an uber driver to drop us off something if we wanted it. All I wanted was a soft drink and there was no offer to help at all. So was left with nothing until we went for breakfast in the morning. The room was freezing because the air-con kept on turning itself off when we were trying to warm the room up. So couldn’t sleep with how cold it was. Asked for a late checkout which was approved, to then be rang every half an hour to be asked to check out. Overall very disappointed with the hotel stay especially for the price I paid for the night, absolutely shocking. Wouldn’t stay again.

Staff were EXCELLENT, everyone was extremely polite and accommodating. Very funny and helpful.

Some items in the room are slightly dated but minor, nothing to make the stay bad.

The staff were amazing. So helpful and polite and pleasant. The room itself was clean.

The shower area in the bathroom needed a good clean, black between the tiles, at the bottom of the door on the outside and on the shower head, I cleaned the shower head before we used it. The pillows were awful. Soft and not full. So really uncomfortable. Maybe ask premier inn what pillows they use! The restaurant was disappointing. Very poor selection of GF and dairy free foods. Needs addressing. One of us had the gammon, it was full of gristle. The Crispy Duck was lovely. Breakfast was good and again staff helpful.

The main reception booking is in were very nice and even upgraded us which was so kind.

No milk in the corridors - so couldn’t have any tea or coffee in room. We were out very late and when we got up it was late (intentional), however when we arrived at the breakfast room, we received an eye roll from the lady at the entrance, as I acknowledged we just made it in time (10:50am) - the coffee machines where then taken off before for cleaning before I could get to them, and the same lady continued knowing I was hoping to get a hot drink. I asked if I could use the other one, and she made me feel like this was a chore and I was a hinderance.
