Все було чудово ! Персонал вічливий і дуже чемний, номери охайні , сніданки неймовірно смачні і різноманітні. Розташування готелю дуже зручне.

Restauracja jest na poziomie przeciętnym a kelner dopytujący się o napiwek to dno., śniadanie to jakaś kpina, poziom przydrożnego motelu budżetowego, 400 Euro za dobę ??? 3 gwiazdki plus to max. Pokój ok, łazienka super , bardzo czysta.

"Ziemlich gut, aber nicht der 7. Himmel"

Es war schön, dass ein Pool vorhanden ist! Es gab auch getrennte Zeiten für mit und ohne Kinder. Das Zimmer war schön, mit Blick auf die angrenzenden Grünflächen. Witzig war auch der Parkservice bei Ankunft. Noch nie zuvor hat jemand mein Auto für mich weggefahren 😁

Ich hatte in Einzelfällen das Gefühl, dass wir dem Personal nicht fein genug waren 🙄 Frühstück hat mich nicht umgehauen.

"Impersonal staff (except Italian restaurant) but clean comfortable rooms."

A large hotel with a few restaurants. All good food. Comfortable.

The reception staff were a little difficult to deal with and had a “we know best” attitude. We did not enjoy this condescending customer service.

Es war alles da, was es für ein ganz tolles Frühstück braucht. Es war ruhig und angenehm. Alles war sehr gut. Der Spa Bereich ist sehr schön und es war sehr angenehm sich dort aufzuhalten. Alle Mitarbeiter im Hotel sind super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.
