Comfort Inn & Suites San Francisco Airport North

I travel for 12 day and 11 night business trips. Let me tell you, The Staff at THIS CLARION? They are the most attentive and hospitable I've encountered in 27 business trips! 24 Hour Coffee always pleases me. The room was spacious. The bed was decently comfy. Continental Breakfast was good. This is one big hotel to with many guests. Breakfast was never lacking. There were 3 or 4 waffle makers so there was always a free one. I would open my Winslow to enjoy the SF air most nights. Due to being close to a train station, they asked me if I needed a room away from the noise? If I had one thing I want pleased with, it was that no maid service was done unless you stayed 14 + nights! I believe I could have requested it if I asked before 11:00am. Overall, I'll give them 5 Stars!

Good location, nicely sized room

The heat was on 90 when I entered which gave the room a damp musty smell that I could not get rid of for the duration of the stay

The room was clean and spacious, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is good and the shower has good water pressure, and the hotel breakfast is comparatively good, at least as far as American hotel breakfasts go. I also appreciate the courtyard green space each morning.

I usually have a good time at this hotel, but not this time. Maybe because of the particular room I was given, it was extremely loud late at night and early in the morning, with vehicle and bell noises that sounded like they were coming from the train station (or construction outside? Although I didn't see any construction work). I usually sleep fine when I stay here, but this time I could barely sleep each night because of the noise, and so I was exhausted throughout the day. The front desk staff are also usually polite, but this time they had someone who was pretty rude.

The location was close to the hospital that we had to visit.

I could not get into my room. The key card work however the door continues to get stuck. It’s not very comfortable to be stuck outside at 3am following a bunch of Dr appointments. We were exhausted.

Location. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast.

No hot tub

The room design was very well thought out. Having a convenient mini refrigerator microwave and pod coffee maker added to the enjoyment of the experience.

I did not like the fact that I could not close the drapes completely. Only the sheer drapes had the ability to open and close.
